Tiffany L. Malvaso Tonawanda Murder, Nicholas Malvaso Arrest: Husband Charged in Death of Tiffany L. Malvaso

The Town of Tonawanda Police Department has announced an update in the homicide investigation involving 51-year-old Tiffany L. Malvaso and her husband, 36-year-old Nicholas M. Malvaso, following a fatal incident that occurred during the early morning hours of May 16, 2026.

According to authorities, officers and paramedics responded at approximately 2:48 a.m. to a request for medical assistance at a residence located at 337 Cleveland Drive in the Town of Tonawanda, New York. Upon arrival, first responders discovered Tiffany L. Malvaso deceased inside the home. Investigators later determined she had suffered significant blunt force trauma.

Following an immediate investigation by detectives with the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, Nicholas M. Malvaso was identified as the suspect in the case. Police stated that evidence collected at the scene and during the investigation indicated he was responsible for Tiffany Malvaso’s fatal injuries.

Nicholas M. Malvaso has since been charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a Class A-1 felony under New York State law. Authorities confirmed he was arraigned in Town of Tonawanda Court before Judge J. Patrick Lennon and remanded to the Erie County Holding Center without bail. His next scheduled court appearance is set for May 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
